Terms & Conditions

By booking or receiving services from NuYou Spa, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These are designed to ensure a safe, respectful, and high-quality experience for all clients.

1. Appointments & Cancellations

• Appointments can be made online, by phone, or in person.
• We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
• Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee of up to 50% of the service cost, at our discretion.

2. Arrival & Late Policy

• Please arrive 10 minutes early to allow time for check-in and consultation.
• Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may result in a shortened session or cancellation, depending on availability.

3. Health & Safety

• Clients must inform therapists of any medical conditions, allergies, or injuries prior to treatment.
• NuYou Spa reserves the right to decline service if a treatment is deemed unsafe or inappropriate.

4. Conduct & Environment

• We maintain a peaceful, professional environment. Any inappropriate behavior will result in immediate termination of the session and possible refusal of future service.
• Children under 16 must be accompanied by a guardian unless otherwise arranged.

5. Payments & Pricing

• All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) and are subject to change without prior notice.
• Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged.
• Promotions and discounts cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.

6. Gift Vouchers & Packages

• Vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of issue unless otherwise noted.
• Packages must be used within the specified time frame and are non-refundable once activated.

7. Liability

• While we take every precaution to ensure your safety and satisfaction, NuYou Spa is not liable for any adverse reactions or outcomes resulting from undisclosed health conditions or failure to follow post-treatment care advice.
