Cancellation Policy
At Nuyou Spa, we value your time and the time of our dedicated therapists. When you book an appointment with us, that time is reserved exclusively for you. We understand that life can sometimes be unpredictable, and you may need to adjust your schedule. To ensure we can accommodate all our clients efficiently, we have established the following cancellation policy.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
We kindly request a minimum of 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us the opportunity to offer that time slot to another client.
Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance will incur no fee.
Cancellations made within less than 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time may be subject to a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the reserved service cost.
Late Arrivals
To ensure every guest receives their full treatment time and that our therapists stay on schedule, please arrive at least 5 minutes before your appointment.
If you are running late, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate you; however, your treatment time may need to be shortened to avoid delaying the next client. In such cases, you will still be responsible for the full cost of your originally booked service.
No-Shows
Clients who fail to show up for their scheduled appointment without prior notification will be charged 100% of the scheduled service cost. Future appointments may require a deposit at the time of booking.
